Available positions:
Daily Money Manager
Areas of responsibility
- Record Client’s financial transactions accurately and timely
- Process Payroll functions
- Prepare Client financial statements, budgets & projections
- Organize tax documents required for CPA for tax filings
- Provide recommendations for areas of improvement
- Supervise and train new personnel as needed
- Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
Requirements

- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks™, Quicken® and Peachtree preferred
- Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and present financial information in a professional manner
- Bachelors Degree of Accountancy or Finance preferred
- Excellent computer skills
