Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing structure and clarity to the daily monetary affairs of their small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and households.

Karen Redding
Founder
Karen Redding founded Redding Group in 2006 following a successful career in consulting. Karen is passionate about improving the life of her clients. She enjoys working with people on a “one-to-one” basis, where she can build a partnership based on trust and integrity. Karen enjoys all water sports from water skiing to SCUBA diving to swimming laps, reading and spending time with her family.
Keri Bassett
Daily Money Manager
Keri Bassett graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor in Business Administration, focusing on Management Information Systems. She worked at Accenture for 7 years consulting in both the energy and manufacturing industries. Keri then worked at Reliant Resources for several years within IT project management. She enjoys running, tennis, water sports, and spending time with her family.
Heather Burkhart
Daily Money Manager
Heather Burkhart graduated from Trinity University with a BS in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Management. She worked at Accenture and then in the financial industry with a strong interest in operational design and management. Heather has had the good fortune to live in many different countries and is always looking for her next travel adventure!
Asiyeh Moinzadeh
Daily Money Manager
Asiyeh Moinzadeh graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Mathematics and Chemistry. She is a Project Administrator with more than 2 years of professional experience in providing administrative and financial support. Her experience includes roles within the project support in Oil and Gas industries. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and family.
Selenha Ramos
Daily Money Manager
Selenha graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor in Victim Studies and Spanish in 2014. She has spent more than five years working for the Redding Group and has worked in the accounting field for more than six years. When she’s not working, she dedicates her time serving at church and volunteering for EHAP- a non profit organization. Her likes include: spending time with family, traveling, and trying new foods.
Rusty Jewell
Daily Money Manager
Rusty graduated from UH in 1991 with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology after serving in the USAF. He continued serving his country for 7 years with the Veterans Administration Hospital working in rehab. Rusty then ventured into the business ownership world by opening a Play It Again Sports franchise in southeast Houston which he operated until 2003. It was at another franchise that Rusty met Karen as they teamed up doing the bookkeeping. Karen decided to bring him on board full time in May 2014. Rusty has six boys – three with two legs and three with four legs.
Kerry Schachter
Daily Money Manager
Kerry was born and raised in San Antonio. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources. She worked in HR, primarily EEO/Affirmative Action, at First Interstate and KPMG for 15 years. She then became Registrar for her kids’ soccer club, Houston Express. Kerry enjoys being outdoors, running, and spending time with family and friends.
Rose Rhoton
Daily Money Manager
Rose graduated from La Salle University with an Associates in Finance and Management. Before joining the Redding Group team, Rose worked for over 28 years in payroll and accounting for Zephyr Development who is a provider of terminal emulation Software and Innovative AI & ML Platform Designed for Oil and Gas. She enjoys running competitively and is a Masters State champ in the 5k and Master winner in San Antonio Marathon. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family and grandkids.
Norma Trabulsi
Daily Money Manager
Norma graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later obtained a Master’s in Business Administration. She has experience in oil and gas accounting with strong financial and operational background. She has extensive experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation (personal and partnership). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her local schools as a reading tutor and mentor, among other roles.
Kim Truman
Daily Money Manager
Kim joined Redding Group in 2020. She has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. Before joining our team, Kim worked with Elaine Turner Designs for over 10 years. Prior to that she worked for an Infectious Disease Physician at Memorial City. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters.
Marco Daza
Daily Money Manager
Marco is a student at Lone Star Community College and is pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity. Marco started his bookkeeping experience with Cirrus Cybersecurity before joining the Redding Group as a bookkeeper and our team’s IT liaison. Marco is Venezuelan and fluent in Spanish. He loves traveling and has visited 30 out of the 89 state parks in Texas. He also enjoys doing extreme sports like skydiving, cliff jumping, jet skiing, and hiking.
Jackie Wisnoski
Daily Money Manager
Jackie Wisnoski graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information and Operations Management. She worked for SunGard for several years consulting in the energy industry. She then moved to Stewart Information Services where she spent fifteen years in the real estate and title industry as a software developer. She loves time with family and friends, volunteering for her church and school communities, traveling, and baseball – Go ‘Stros!
